2010 Pan Pacific Masters Games

Field Archery will be one of the major sports on the program at the 7th Pan Pacific Masters Games to be held on the Gold Coast in Australia from 6 to 14 November, 2010.
The Pan Pacific Masters Games is a celebration of master’s sport with both fierce and friendly competition and a jam-packed entertainment program at the Games Village at the end of each day.
The minimum age requirement for Field Archery is 30 years. The event divisions include: Barebow Recurve, Barebow Compound, Longbow, Bowhunter Recurve, Bowhunter Compound (Finger Release), Bowhunter Compound (Release Aid), Freestyle Recurve, Freestyle Compound (Finger Release) and Freestyle Compound (Release Aid).
The competition will be held over 3 days at Pacific Bowmen in Reedy Creek. It will include a 3D round, an Aussie circular target round and rounds of ABA animal targets in both the old black and white paper and new coloured vinyl. Distances will be both marked and unmarked between 7 and 48 metres.
