sight out of line

Hints, tips or even a picture to explain how it should be.

sight out of line

Postby lanner » Mon May 14, 2012 7:08 pm

I have a mathews Z7 (ok I know what all the hoyt shooters will say) and I have alligned the arrow straight at centre , but in order to hit the target my sight has to be app. 3 mm to the left of the centre . Is that because the cables run to the right or can I do something to allign the sight to the centre . Now I basically would have to aim a fair bit to the right of the target if my sight was in line with string and the tip of the arrow. I hope that you can understand what I mean.
Thanks

this is very normal for a right hand shooter, nothing to worry about.

What Scoot said. Mine would be at least 3 mm.
Still a Scout.
I'm not trying to be difficult. It just comes naturally.
